Accommodation and Travel site of the SIMS21 Conference
The arrangements made with the services listed below are meant for participants registered to the SIMS-21.
You may therefore proceed with the booking of the following services:
* Hotel accommodation
* Local Tours
* Private Transfers from/to airport

Please make sure you have the correct travelling dates and that you have carefully read the cancellation and booking changes policies before submitting your booking form.

Accommodation
Displays a description of each hotel and some more information about location and public transportation.
The city map will give you an overview about the location of the proposed hotels compared to the Auditorium Maximum ( conference venue ). Size of the city map can be increase/decreased by clicking on the zoom tool at the bottom right. By clicking on the number a short menu appear with information about distances and public transportation. The icon on the left side opens a legend with proposed hotels.
Booking form
In order to fill in the Booking Form, please insert the password you have received with your Congress Registration Confirmation. This form needs to be completed with all services you would like to book.
Pre-Arranged Accompanying Person(s) Activities
Displays all information related to pre-arranged local tours for Accompanying Person(s).
It will be also possible to arrange the post conference trips with our representative during SIMS meeting at the recpetion desk.
Private transfers
Here you will find all information related to airport private transfers.
Cancellation
Please check the cancellation policy in order to avoid extra costs for late cancellation.
